If you experience an issue in Aviary, please try:

  • Closing and reopening Aviary.
  • Restarting your device.
  • Uninstalling/reinstalling the Aviary app.

If you're still experiencing an issue after trying the steps above, let us know! Please include the following information when you contact us:

  1. Device (e.g. Nexus 6, iPhone 5) and operating system (e.g. 4.3, iOS 9.2.1)
  2. Version of Aviary
  3. Step by step description of the problem
  4. Screenshots of the issue (if applicable)
